Ashleigh was incredible! She listened to where I felt pain and have issues and really helped me out. I have had pain in my left hip all year and did not realize it was from knots and muscle tightness in my quad. She really worked with me and my body and I finally have better range of motion and am able to walk easier from her being able to feel my muscle and release the tension. 20/10 would recommend. Also, she is extremely professional, her suite is clean, and has a very relaxing ambiance!
