Cancellation policy

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Clients will be charged full price for any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before a session.

What should I expect during my first visit?

After booking your appointment, you will be required to complete your Massage Intake Form and COVID-19 Form. On the day of your appointment, I will ask you general questions about how you are feeling and what areas you would like focused on during your session. 

How early should I arrive for my massage?

First time clients should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the session to ensure starting on time. After your first appointment, clients should arrive 5-10 minutes prior. 

When should I avoid getting a massage?

If you are feeling sick (common cold, flu, Covid) or exhibiting any signs of illness (fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, etc.), please reschedule your appointment. Your session will be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount if you show up to the appointment when you are sick.
