My Approach

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2016 and currently practice in Northern New Jersey. I have also received my degree in Exercise Science. Very passionate about bodywork, I continue to seek out opportunities to expand my knowledge and strengthen my ability to provide adequate care and support to my clients. I am committed to customizing each session to your individual needs and preferences.

My clients are usually people who are either in pain and need targeted work to fix it. Or, someone who understands the importance of regular bodywork and comes in for maintenance work.
