Swedish Massage

Deep Tissue Massage
Applying deep pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of your muscles, deep tissue will help relieve pain and muscle tension. The goal of deep tissue massage is to break down adhesions or “knots” that limit range of motion in muscles and joints.
Best for clients who need tech neck relief, maintenance from exercise, stand for long periods of time and need foot relief, suffer from headaches, migraines, and/or TMJ Syndrome, deeper pressure/relaxation, or overall tension relief.

Neuromuscular Cupping Therapy
The combination of clinically proven neuromuscular massage techniques with cupping therapy. By utilizing the sensation of the cups as a distraction technique to reprogram the neuromuscular patterning, while also actively and passively moving through range of motion, client results are heightened.
Silicone cups are placed on your skin to create suction. Cupping helps to relieve pain and inflammation, increases blood flow, reduces stagnant muscles and tension. It also draws impurities to the surface and helps remove toxins.

Prenatal Massage
Great for reducing the stress, pain, discomfort, and anxiety that accompanies pregnancy. Benefits include relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, improved breathing and relaxation, soothes aching muscles, and emotional support. **Not recommended in the first trimester.

COMING SOON: Ashiatsu Deep Feet Therapy
In the Japanese language “Ashi” translates to foot and “Atsu” into pressure. Ashiatsu DeepFeet Bar Therapy, is a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. Working with gravity instead of against it, Ashiatsu therapists are able to provide an effective therapeutic massage without causing pain or discomfort to themselves or the receiving client. Cream or oil is applied to the clients body making this deep therapeutic massage fluid and relaxing. Parallel bars are used above the massage table for balance, support and client safety.
